Free Fresco Taco from Taco Bell

Taco Bell is giving away a FREE Taco Fresco. This is a healthier version of their tacos where there substitute heavy creams and fattening ingredients for healthy pico de gallo style toppings. I had one of these FREE Tacos yesterday. I chose the Steak Taco Fresco. It had only 160 calories and less than 9g of fat. A healthy Fast Food choice for sure. And since my personal weight loss goal is to hit 199 lbs these Fresco Tacos are a blessing.
