Guide To Make A "Backup Copy".
1. After you download the "WinXDVDRipperPlatinum.zip" from GAOTD.com.
2. Go to your User's Temp Folder:
Windows 7 & Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\LocalTemp
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\\Local SettingsTemp
3. After located this user's temp folder; delete everything in it to easy for your temp hidden WinX DVD Ripper file.
4. Leave this Temp folder open.
5. Extract WinXDVDRipperPlatinum.zip> Run the Setup.exe file and it will check with the GAOTD server to allow it to extract the file and put a temp hidden file to do the installation.
6. Go back to Temp folder and you should be able to spot a file in this similar named, "we2F51F.tmp" or "anychartacters.tmp" that will be in the size of 7.30MB or 7,483KB.
7. Copy and paste this "we2F51F.tmp" (this should have the current date and time that it was just extracted) to a location you wanted to keep a backup copy.
8. Now, edit the whole file naming to say... "WinXDVDRipperPlatinum.exe". Note: Be sure to go to properties and uncheck the "hidden" box or you might not see the file.
9 Enjoy this fully GAOTD Special Edition application. You don't need a serial number. I did a test on a VM and it worked fine.
